Project Specialist

Job Description

Precision Medicine Group is seeking a Project Specialist to support internal teams in association with key enterprise accounts. The Project Support Specialist will engage with project delivery teams, overseeing operational execution while maintaining client and business development communication and support.Role involves:

• Acting as a liaison between project delivery teams, customers, and the BD team.
• Managing Outlook inboxes for purchase orders and order fulfillment feedback.
• Creating and maintaining sales orders within Ascent, ensuring accuracy.
• Assisting in project tracking and coordinating resource allocation.
• Supporting the management of commercial and biomaterial contracts.
• Coordinating and conducting investigations to resolve data discrepancies.
• Assisting in achieving on-time, on-budget, and on-scope deliverables.
• Maintaining dashboards and timelines.
• Monitoring status and performance, reporting on key metrics.
• Contributing to SOP improvements and streamlining workflows.
• Maintaining visibility across customer relationships and monitoring their health.
• Assisting in resolving discrepancies related to purchase orders and invoices.
• Administrating and coordinating complaint handling.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or 2-4 years of related experience in project management and/or customer coordination.
• Customer service demeanor, flexibility, teamwork, and attention to detail.
• Experience organizing teams, managing timelines, and tracking performance metrics.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• High self-motivation and ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
• Fluency in English.
