Job Description

PlayStation Studios is seeking a Director of Portfolio Strategy and Planning to shape the long-term direction of their game portfolio. This role involves defining and driving the portfolio investment strategy, optimizing the mix of titles, and leading the evaluation of new game opportunities. The Director will oversee multi-year roadmap development and deliver portfolio insights to executive leadership.

• Leading SBG’s portfolio strategy.
• Evaluating new game concepts across all studios.
• Assessing market fit of titles at every development stage.
• Driving long-range portfolio planning and roadmap development.
• Partnering with senior leadership to lead portfolio reviews.
• Driving alignment on the multi-year title roadmap and release strategy.
• Leading long-term growth initiatives.
• Building and leading a high-performing team.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in corporate strategy, portfolio management, or strategic planning.
• Proven track record of leading portfolio strategy and roadmap planning at a senior level.
• Deep understanding of game development lifecycles, publishing models, and market dynamics.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate investment cases and make data-informed decisions.
• Executive presence with experience presenting to and influencing senior leadership.
• Strategic thinker with a forward-looking mindset.
• MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
