Cleo is seeking a Data Analyst to join their People Analytics team. The Data Analyst will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making across the HR and People functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Transforming raw data into meaningful insights.
  • Analyzing employee data to develop dashboards and reports.
  • Identifying patterns and trends in large datasets.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to enhance data collection methods.
  • Optimizing people analytics framework.
  • Providing robust analysis for cross-functional projects.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL.
  • Experience building and maintaining dashboards using data visualization tools.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Experience working with HR metrics and understanding of HR processes.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Experience with Python or R for data analysis - nice to have
  • Previous experience working with HRIS platforms - nice to have
  • Understanding of statistical analysis techniques - nice to have
