Cleo is seeking a Data Analyst to join their People Analytics team. The Data Analyst will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making across the HR and People functions.
Responsibilities:
- Transforming raw data into meaningful insights.
- Analyzing employee data to develop dashboards and reports.
- Identifying patterns and trends in large datasets.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to enhance data collection methods.
- Optimizing people analytics framework.
- Providing robust analysis for cross-functional projects.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL.
- Experience building and maintaining dashboards using data visualization tools.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Experience working with HR metrics and understanding of HR processes.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Experience with Python or R for data analysis - nice to have
- Previous experience working with HRIS platforms - nice to have
- Understanding of statistical analysis techniques - nice to have
