Job Description
Adyen is seeking a Strategic Partnership Manager to drive its North American Technology Partnerships program. Adyen provides payments, data, and financial products in a single solution for its customers. The ideal candidate will cultivate relationships with global and regional tech platforms, optimize go-to-market efforts with partners, and scale the Commercial Engine. They will oversee existing partnerships, identify new opportunities, and negotiate strategic terms.

Role involves:
  • Cultivating relationships with global and regional technology platforms.
  • Strategizing and executing partnership initiatives to enhance go-to-market strategies.
  • Overseeing existing partnerships and identifying new opportunities.
  • Acting as a liaison between partners and internal teams.
  • Providing insights into the evolving Payments ecosystem.
  • Ensuring technical integrations support the partnership.
  • Collaborating with Adyen's global partnerships and sales teams.

Requirements:
  • 7-10 years of experience in a direct partnership-facing role.
  • Proven track record building and leveraging partnerships within the Payments ecosystem.
  • Experience with GTM strategy & execution and product strategy.
  • Ability to think and operate like an entrepreneur.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Desire to engage deeply with cross-functional partners.
  • Full professional proficiency in English.
