Job Description
Archer Aviation is seeking a Finance Manager to lead planning and budgeting for engineering and product development teams. The Finance Manager will refine data systems, provide reporting solutions, and enhance operational insights. They will collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate strategic initiatives, create KPIs, and develop executive reporting documents. This role requires strong knowledge of financial planning and ERP systems.Responsibilities:
  • Lead planning and budgeting processes.
  • Refine data systems and tools.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders.
  • Create and monitor KPIs.
  • Create internal & external executive reporting documents.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams for process improvements.
  • Deploy data visualization dashboards.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in Finance or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in a Corporate FP&A function highly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or accounting.
  • MBA strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Finance and accounting processes, data structures and systems in a public company environment.
  • Experience with FP&A software tools (Adaptive) and ERP systems (SAP).
  • Exceptional collaboration and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong excel modeling analytical skills to influence data based decisions.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
What Archer Offers:
  • A base pay between $133,440 - $166,800.
