Job Description
Archer Aviation, an aerospace company, is looking for a Benefits Specialist to administer employee benefits programs. This role involves vendor management, policy administration, employee communication, and benefits enrollment. The Benefits Specialist will administer health and welfare plans, oversee benefit enrollment/terminations, and serve as the escalation point for employee questions. They will also manage vendor relations, maintain Workday, oversee employee benefits files, and assist during Open Enrollment. Furthermore, the role includes supporting reporting and plan compliance, managing the US 401(k) and HSA program, and participating in the development of employee benefit policies.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Competitive base pay between $90,000 - $110,000
