Remote is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the People Foundations product development team. This role involves driving product development from problem discovery to post-launch iterations, ensuring high product quality and exceptional customer experiences. The Senior Product Manager will collaborate with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver impactful product releases at speed and scale. The ideal candidate will have:
  • Experience as a Senior Product Manager leading platform products.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in startup or scale-up environments.
  • Solid understanding of onboarding enterprise customers with large data sets.
  • Ability to take full ownership of a topic and drive it independently.
  • Experience building a platform product to support multiple products and users.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Great judgment to make strategic and tactical decisions.
  • Data-driven approach with experience setting and tracking goals.
  • Familiarity with HR technology or related industries (a plus).
