Job Description
Remote is seeking a Senior Manager, Sales Development - AMER to lead and develop Account Development Representatives. This role involves defining outbound strategy, coaching team members, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams. The Senior Manager will drive pipeline generation and revenue goals for Remote's product suite within the Americas region.

Role involves:
  • Defining outbound strategy for the Sales Development organization.
  • Providing leadership and strategic direction to the Sales Development team.
  • Coaching and mentoring SDRs and junior Leaders.
  • Developing and implementing programs to enhance SDR effectiveness.
  • Collaborating with Sales Leaders to improve sales pipeline quality and quantity.
  • Working with Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Enablement teams.
  • Reporting on key metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Managing the performance of direct reports.
  • Hiring, onboarding, and developing new SDR and Leadership talent.
  • Fostering a culture of high performance and continuous learning.

Requirements:
  • Several years of second-line leadership experience in prospecting in the AMER region.
  • Demonstrable track record of driving pipeline generation through outbound channels.
  • Strong sales acumen, with closing experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo, Sales Navigator, or similar products.
  • Passion for hiring, onboarding, and mentoring top SDR and Leadership talent.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience leading high-impact cross-functional initiatives.
  • Proven ability to analyze data and translate it into effective strategies.
  • Fluent English.
