Job Description
The Inside Sales Representative role at TheFork involves proactively prospecting for new business opportunities with restaurants. The candidate will identify, generate, and close sales opportunities for TheFork. This involves acquiring restaurants by phone, collecting necessary information, and explaining the benefits of joining TheFork's network and using TheForkManager software. The role requires independent work to meet individual sales quotas and teamwork to support overall country and regional quotas.

Requirements:
- 2-3 years experience in commercial, prospecting, and customer management in a B2B online environment
- Self-motivation and a proactive attitude
- Sales motivation and drive
- Problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Strong ability to influence and negotiate
- Higher education in commerce, restaurant business, or hospitality
- Italian native and fluent English
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Knowledge of SalesForce or ContactCenter programs
