Job Description
Northspyre is seeking a Growth Operations Manager to enhance its go-to-market strategy. This role involves architecting the infrastructure, data flows, and tech stack that powers Northspyre’s go-to-market engine. The ideal candidate will enable Marketing, BDRs, Sales, and CS to deliver a seamless, high-converting buyer journey. This position is at the intersection of go-to-market strategy, operations, and technology, ensuring ICP accounts move efficiently and predictably through the funnel.

Responsibilities:
  • Own and optimize the day-to-day operations of our GTM tech stack
  • Ensure clean, enriched, and actionable contact/account data across systems.
  • Optimize lead/account routing, scoring models, lifecycle stages, and attribution workflows.
  • Automate repeatable GTM workflows that reduce friction across the funnel.
  • Evaluate, test, and implement AI tools and no-code automations to streamline operations.
  • Instrument and analyze the Product-Led Growth (PLG) funnel in partnership with Lifecycle Marketing, Product Marketing & Product Owners.
  • Build dashboards and reports to track PLG lead health, conversion, and pipeline velocity.
  • Support inbound and outbound programs with account targeting, routing infrastructure, and intent-based workflows.
  • Own core definitions (lead status, funnel stages, scoring) and partner with Lifecycle to map program goals to system logic.
  • Run experiments on the operational layer of GTM (e.g., scoring thresholds, enrichment triggers, routing logic).
  • Partner with Lifecycle Marketing to support experimentation infrastructure for nurture, onboarding, and retargeting programs.
  • Identify and implement new GTM tools or AI applications that improve funnel velocity or team efficiency.
  • Partner with Marketing, BDRs, Sales, and Customer Success to align on GTM infrastructure and insights.
  • Provide stakeholders with actionable reporting on pipeline metrics, conversion trends, and campaign attribution.
  • Develop frameworks to interpret performance data and support lifecycle, digital, and field marketing teams.
  • Share insights and automation learnings from AI tools across GTM teams to drive scalable, repeatable adoption.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in Growth Operations, Marketing Operations, RevOps, or a related GTM role.
  • Deep proficiency in HubSpot, 6Sense or other ABM platforms, Biscred (or comparable), ZoomInfo, and AI GTM tools (Jasper, Writesonic, Aomni, OpenAI, etc).
  • Strong skills in data analysis and process automation; experience with tools like Clay, Zapier, and customer data platforms a plus.
  • Track record of running experiments and optimizing ICP-to-revenue workflows.
  • Familiarity with PLG motions, outbound orchestration, and modern sales engagement tactics.
