Regulatory Specialist

Job Description

EBANX, a leading payment platform, is seeking a Regulatory Specialist to strengthen relationships with card networks, navigate compliance requirements, and drive strategic initiatives. The Regulatory Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the company's compliance and strategic alignment with card network regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Managing global relationships with card networks
• Leading strategic conversations with external legal counsel
• Developing risk assessments and compliance reports
• Analyzing scheme mandates, new programs, and regulatory changes
• Driving the company’s strategy in relation to card networks
• Managing merchant communications and mandates

Requirements:

• Experience with acquiring bank (Visa Martercard and similar)
• Strong understanding of card scheme operations and mandates
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements
• Ability to manage scheme-related tasks proactively
• Experience navigating complex and evolving regulations
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)
• Ability to draft legal documents, reports, and presentations in English
• Strong communication skills
