This role involves managing the performance management process, championing HR process interventions, and ensuring compliance. The HR Operations Specialist will design HR policies, support HR initiatives, and manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle.Responsibilities include:

• Managing the Performance Management process
• Championing HR process interventions
• Supporting payroll processing and compliance
• Designing and formulating HR policies
• Assisting HR leadership with HR initiatives
• Managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle

Requirements include:

• 3+ years of HR operations experience
• Experience in fast-paced environments and startups
• Knowledge of HR metrics, systems, and databases
• Leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
• Degree in Human Resources or related field
