Breakfast Chef

Job Description

TSH is seeking a Breakfast Chef to join their team in Amsterdam West. The Breakfast Chef will be responsible for ensuring the breakfast service is fully stocked and that guests receive a delicious and memorable breakfast. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in kitchens and be a master at efficient prepping and whipping up tasty breakfast items.

The role involves:

• Taking control of the breakfast service
• Setting up and breaking down the breakfast
• Understanding details around daily specials, menu changes, and special dietary needs
• Monitoring portion and waste control
• Monitoring incoming goods
• Maintaining kitchen cleanliness
• Putting away deliverables in an organized manner
• Monitoring accurate execution of HACCP guidelines, fire safety policy, and working conditions

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year’s relevant work experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of food products according to market standards
• Excellent knowledge of modern cooking techniques
• Availability during the mornings between 6:00 - 16:00
• Legal authorization to work in the Netherlands
