Proposal Manager

Job Description

Recorded Future, a leading intelligence company, is seeking a Proposal Manager to oversee and enhance its proposal program. The Proposal Manager will manage the end-to-end process of responding to RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires. This role involves collaborating with internal teams, optimizing the proposal management tool, and ensuring high-quality, compliant submissions.Responsibilities:

• Define, lead, and manage the end-to-end proposal process.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather relevant information.
• Oversee and optimize the proposal management tool and content library.
• Ensure proposals reflect the company's cybersecurity offerings and compliance standards.
• Coordinate and facilitate internal proposal reviews.
• Continuously improve the proposal process and track performance metrics.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in proposal management, preferably in cybersecurity, technology, or SaaS.
• Demonstrated experience in managing RFP, RFI, and security questionnaire responses.
• Experience building and managing processes.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Strong project management skills.
• Proficiency in proposal management and vendor management software.
• Ability to partner and influence stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail.
