Analista de Estratégia de Funding Junior

Creditas, a leading financial services platform in Latin America, is seeking a Junior Funding Strategy Analyst to join its Funding team. This role involves executing the company's fundraising strategy through securitization operations in the capital markets. The analyst will work closely with funds and financial institutions, managing securitized portfolios and ensuring the smooth operation of investment funds and CRIs. Responsibilities:

• Executing cession processes between funds.
• Managing stakeholders in operations.
• Managing securitized and non-securitized portfolios.
• Managing the daily operations of securitization vehicles (Investment Funds and CRIs).
• Performing write-offs of installments relevant to business units.
• Being responsible for reports and closing processes of business units.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, or related fields.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills, with experience in report development.
• Advanced Excel knowledge.
• Knowledge of Python and SQL.
• Quick reasoning to understand and solve problems.
• Ability to work agilely and resiliently under pressure.
• Knowledge of FIDC and CRI regulations (a plus).
• Availability for hybrid work: Must attend the office in Morumbi, São Paulo, once a month for 4 consecutive days.
