Job Description
Xometry is seeking a Marketing Data Analyst to bridge Marketing, Sales, Yield, and Product teams. The analyst will translate marketing performance data into actionable insights to drive strategy and growth. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders to analyze website traffic, develop attribution models, analyze customer conversion and retention, and optimize marketing spend.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop attribution models and funnel reporting.
  • Build, track, and analyze key marketing metrics.
  • Build and maintain data pipelines in Snowflake.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Product teams.
  • Support marketing experiments.
  • Translate data insights into strategy.

Requirements:
  • 4-5+ years of experience in marketing analytics or data analysis.
  • Bachelor’s in a quantitative field.
  • Strong experience with marketing data across platforms like Google Analytics, Salesforce, HubSpot, and Iterable.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python.
  • Knowledge of and/or hands on experience analyzing lead funnels, marketing attribution models, and campaign analytics.
  • Experience working with data visualization tools, specifically Looker.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Self-starter mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
