Job Description
Muck Rack, a leading SaaS platform for public relations and communications professionals, is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager. This role is focused on driving growth and securing renewals within Muck Rack's enterprise customer segment. The ideal candidate will be motivated by helping customers and driving revenue.

What this role involves:
  • Serving as the primary contact for enterprise brands & agencies.
  • Meeting with customers to provide product expertise and strategic recommendations.
  • Achieving revenue goals and meeting activity requirements.
  • Overseeing the customer lifecycle from post-sale to renewal.
  • Managing customer feedback and delivering insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Negotiating contracts to ensure long-lasting relationships.
  • Building a strong network of communications professionals.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years in Customer Success or Account Management within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Expertise in overseeing the entire customer lifecycle.
  • Consultative selling experience.
  • Background in contract management and negotiation.
  • Executive presence and strategic acumen in customer engagement.
  • Precise and confident communication skills.
  • Ability to leverage data for strategic decision making.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong decision-making abilities.
