Paid Social Senior Account Executive

Job Description

MG OMD is seeking a Senior Paid Social Account Executive to join their team and support the giffgaff account. The ideal candidate will be responsible for shaping and delivering paid social campaigns across various platforms, including Meta, TikTok, and Reddit. They will build and optimize campaigns, analyze performance data, test new formats, and provide insights for strategy development. This role involves working closely with the Account Manager and the wider team, taking ownership of campaign delivery and client communications. There will also be opportunities to support junior team members and contribute to planning and innovation discussions.Responsibilities:

• Building and optimizing paid social campaigns.
• Interrogating performance data and providing insights.
• Testing new formats and strategies.
• Contributing to broader planning and innovation discussions.
• Supporting junior team members.

Requirements:

• Hands-on paid social experience.
• Experience with Meta, TikTok, and Reddit platforms.
• Proactive and detail-focused approach.
• Confidence in using data to inform decisions.
• Experience working on disruptive, consumer-facing brands (preferred).
