PHD EMEA is seeking a Digital Planning Business Director to join their regional team in London. This role involves working on a fast-paced tech client, ensuring top-notch digital planning across EMEA. The Digital Planning Business Director will oversee a team of four, producing excellent digital plans for EMEA markets, including priority, secondary, and emerging markets.
The role involves managing a local digital planning team, supporting specific European markets, and building strong relationships. The Digital Planning Business Director will support the team by raising the bar, challenging the output, and refining the process as they take the communications strategy and budget splits provided by local teams and make it tangible across digital channels.
Responsibilities include:
- Setting digital media planning standards
- Developing a thorough understanding of the target audience
- Building an annual plan biddable media framework
- Setting the tactical direction for biddable channels
- Reviewing tactical media plans
- Maximizing PHD’s Omni Studio planning tool
- Managing stakeholders and vendors
- Elevating biddable performance and optimization
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in biddable channel planning
- Passion for team management and development
- Problem-solving skills and a pragmatic approach
- Hands-on experience with programmatic, social, or search biddable platforms
- Ability to plan holistically across multiple biddable channels
- Strong interpersonal skills
