SmartBear is seeking an Account Executive to join their team. The Account Executive will be responsible for driving the growth of SmartBear through new and cross-sell opportunities within the EMEA region. This role involves being a trusted advisor to valued customers, understanding their business needs, and communicating the value of SmartBear's software portfolio.Responsibilities include:
- Driving billings and ARR within a defined territory.
- Prospecting and qualifying new opportunities.
- Representing SmartBear to customers and understanding their requirements.
- Directing complex sales cycles.
- Maintaining sales pipeline data and activity reports.
- Collaborating with various teams to execute sales strategies.
- Working with the Customer Success team to ensure successful product adoption.
Requirements:
- A demonstrable track record of selling high value and transactional deals
- 2+ years of experience in a full-cycle closing role, within the SaaS industry
- Highly organised, results driven and extremely self-motivated
- Accountable and interest in continuous learning to master your craft.
