Job Description
Pure Storage is seeking a Director of Field Marketing for Germany and Austria, a pivotal role within their GTM Team. This role involves bringing Pure Storage's solutions to market through strategic planning and hands-on execution. The Director will be responsible for driving field marketing strategies, leading activities, and accelerating demand for the company's Platform Storage solutions. This position demands a leader who can develop and implement marketing plans aligned with sales goals, generate high-quality pipeline, and strengthen customer relationships.
Role involves:
- Developing and executing field marketing strategies for Germany and Austria.
- Generating high-quality pipeline and accelerating the sales cycle.
- Building and strengthening customer relationships.
- Collaborating with sales leadership and global programs teams.
- Planning and executing technical event series.
- Managing marketing budgets and evaluating ROI.
- Coaching and developing team members.
- Representing Pure Storage externally.
Requirements:
- Proven track record as a strategic partner to Sales leadership.
- Experience in building and leading teams.
- Extensive knowledge of demand generation programs in Germany and Austria.
- Strategic thinking and business acumen.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English.
- 10+ years of experience in Field Marketing.
