BTG Pactual is seeking a Junior Controller Analyst to join their team in Campinas. The company is the largest investment bank in Latin America, specializing in transforming devalued assets in the credit and real estate market. The role involves financial control, accounting management, and reporting to the board.

The Junior Controller Analyst will be responsible for:

• Analyzing and controlling balance sheet information.
• Reviewing and controlling financial statements.
• Assisting with internal and external audits.
• Calculating and reviewing monthly taxes.
• Issuing invoices and controlling receipts.
• Monitoring bank balances and preparing monthly cash flow statements.
• Analyzing budgeted versus actual costs.
• Assisting with accounting closures.

Requirements for the role include:

• A completed higher education, preferably in Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or Administration.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Knowledge of Power BI.
• Good communication skills.
• Proactivity in acquiring knowledge in technology.
