Job Description
Awin is seeking a Marketing Assistant (f/m/d) to join their team in Warsaw, Poland. This entry-level AdOps Specialist role provides operational support to Client Services (CS) teams, focusing on delivering service packages and leveraging Awin's network. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent English communication skills.

Role Involves:
  • Uploading offers and creatives to advertiser programs.
  • Assisting with regular reports and data manipulation.
  • Producing gap analysis reports and recruiting affiliates.
  • Performing program audits and monitoring affiliate performance.
  • Conducting ad-hoc account health checks and competitor benchmarking.
  • Managing assigned projects and cases, escalating issues as needed.

Requirements:
  • Proactive approach with clients and internal team members.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Familiarity with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Impeccable attention to detail.
  • Fast learner with a strong team orientation and positive attitude.
