Too Good To Go is seeking a Key Account Store Operations Specialist to join their Supermarket Key Account Team. This role involves supporting and developing key account operations within the grocery retail sector. The ideal candidate will be passionate about reducing food waste and contributing to a sustainable environment.
Role Involves:
- Acquiring new partners in the grocery retail sector through proactive phone and email outreach.
- Supporting the Key Account Outbound Team by preparing and following up on field service appointments.
- Maintaining proactive contact with key existing partners via phone and email, building strong relationships and addressing their needs.
- Developing strategies with Key Account Managers to improve KPIs and processes, focusing on efficiency and scalability.
- Conducting targeted analyses to identify optimization potentials and implementing structured measures.
- Planning and executing calling campaigns to optimize performance and ensure measurable improvements.
- Actively participating in cross-team administrative and organizational tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Collaborating closely with various sub-teams and departments to identify challenges early, promote synergies, and improve existing processes.
- Utilizing internal tools such as Salesforce and Looker for daily work and creating reports and evaluations to support strategic decisions.
- Finding creative ways to communicate the company's message to partner businesses.
Requirements:
- Passion for the mission of combating food waste and contributing to the fight against the climate crisis.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to effectively connect with partners via phone and email.
- Understanding of the structures and processes in the German grocery retail sector, ideally with prior experience in the industry.
- Fluency in German and English.
- Strong knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and affinity for working with systems and data.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks for maximum impact.
- Ideally, initial experience in account management, possibly with a focus on the grocery retail sector.
- Team spirit and the ability to work collaboratively within and across teams to contribute to shared success.
- Positive and proactive attitude and comfort in a fast-growing organization.
- Comfort in handling recurring tasks, understanding that each task contributes to saving food from waste.
