ABBYY is seeking a Manager of Incident Response to join their team in Budapest, Hungary. This role involves overseeing the development and implementation of the incident response strategy, managing the incident response team, and ensuring timely and effective responses to security incidents.   • Develop and implement a comprehensive incident response plan.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the incident response team.
  • Oversee the detection, analysis, containment, eradication, and recovery processes for security incidents.
  • Stay current with emerging threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Work closely with IT, security operations, legal, and compliance teams.
  • Develop and conduct training programs and tabletop exercises.
  • Lead post-incident analysis and reporting.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in information security, with a focus on incident response or threat management, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of incident response frameworks and methodologies (e.g., NIST, SANS).
  • Experience with security tools and technologies, including SIEM, forensic analysis tools, and incident management software.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
