The Account Associate will be responsible for managing renewals and extensions of existing business, communicating with enterprise customers and regional partners, and collaborating with internal teams. Responsibilities: - Regular communication with enterprise customers and regional partners
- Ownership and pipeline management of opportunities for renewals
- Streamline renewals through proactive communication
- Proactive communication for possible upsells
- Quote generation and follow up
- License and records data administration
- Collaboration with internal teams
- Order processing and facilitation of AR procedures
Requirements: - 3+ years of relevant work experience in SaaS renewals, sales, customer success, or sales administration
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience
- Experience with Salesforce CRM and MS Office applications
- Effective teamwork and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication, process management, and prioritization skills
- Ability to work with US based clients
