Cleo, a fast-growing fintech unicorn, is looking for a Talent Partner to join their Talent Team and focus on hiring for the Engineering teams. The Talent Partner will play a crucial role in scaling Cleo's Engineering function, with a focus on hiring Ruby Engineers, React Native Engineers, and Engineering Managers. This role involves proactively sourcing and engaging exceptional engineering talent, partnering with the Principal Talent Partner, designing and implementing best-in-class interview processes, and championing diversity, equity, and inclusion.
