Job Description
LivePerson is seeking a Solutions Architect to join their team. The Solutions Architect will play a key role within the Field organization and with Enterprise Accounts. This role bridges the LivePerson Product team, Field organization, and Customers, acting as a trusted advisor to key customers. They will work towards generating and executing strategic account plans.Role involves:
  • Leading the technical definition, development, and execution of custom LivePerson integrations, mobile apps, and desktop applications.
  • Developing solution proposals and design documents for work items.
  • Documenting work that can be productized and added to LivePerson offerings.
  • Leading technical requirements for clients and owning the generation and development of ideas through the product and R&D lifecycle.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with Tier 1 clients.
  • Assisting the Sales team by producing mock-ups and product enhancements.
  • Assisting LivePerson partners by technically enabling them to develop and deploy LivePerson solutions.
  • Capturing and sharing customer feedback on product enhancements and service offerings.
  • Championing client causes by leading discussions around innovative product ideas.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years’ experience in IT system architecture, design, development, and deployment.
  • Proven experience leading, architecting, designing, and implementing large-scale integration projects.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of enterprise architecture concepts.
  • Strong business acumen to articulate technical concepts to an executive audience.
  • Conversant with web development technologies such as SDK development, JavaScript, CSS, .Net, Java, node js.
  • Comfortable with Mobile & Social development: iOS, Android Mobile Application Framework, Facebook, Twitter APIs
  • Experience with collaborating with clients software developers.
  • Ability to lead the integration of Liveperson’s web technologies with external systems via APIs.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Significant experience working as part of a team environment.
  • Flexibility to work within a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel to regional client sites.
