Job Description
Neuron Mobility is seeking an Operations Driver for casual work in Ballarat. This role involves managing the e-scooter fleet by driving a service vehicle to pick up scooters, relocate them to high-demand areas, and swap batteries. The Operations Driver will work independently and contribute to maintaining scooter availability and optimal distribution throughout the city.
Role Involves:
- Driving a service vehicle (van, ute, or small electric vehicle).
- Picking up e-scooters across the city.
- Moving e-scooters to high-demand locations.
- Swapping batteries.
Requirements:
- Ability to work 10-30 hours per week.
- Ability to regularly lift, carry, and manoeuvre 28-35kg.
- A valid driver's license.
- A suitable personal smartphone (Apple or Android device from 2018 or newer).
- Self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Passion for delivering a seamless customer experience.
- Experience in mobility, transportation, or logistics is advantageous.
