Product Management Lead

Job Description

Glean is seeking a Product Management Lead to drive product strategy and execution, managing a team of product managers to deliver best-in-class products for knowledge management. The role involves collaborating with Design, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Success teams to understand customer needs and build category-defining tools.Responsibilities:

• Spending time with customers to understand their knowledge needs.
• Developing key parts of the product roadmap.
• Empowering the team by giving context, setting direction, and building alignment.
• Driving customer-focused decisions, clear prioritization, and efficient execution.
• Coordinating cross-functionally with leadership and go-to-market teams.
• Building processes that will scale as the team and company grow.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in product management at SaaS companies.
• Experience serving large enterprises with responsibilities spanning customer-facing surfaces and internal capabilities.
• Strong technical background and analytical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven track record of taking ownership and delivering results.
• Collaborative with cross-functional partners.
• Learning and growth mindset.
• Early adopter in building with or adopting AI.
