Job Description
Glean is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and closing net new logos within a given territory, navigating complex organizational structures, and collaborating with internal partners to ensure customer success. This role requires consistently delivering ARR revenue targets, developing sales strategies, and creating ROI reports.
Responsibilities: - Source and close net new logos within a given territory
- Navigate complex organizational structures and identify executive sponsors
- Collaborate with internal partners to move deals forward
- Deliver ARR revenue targets and drive success through a metric-based approach
- Develop and execute sales strategies to generate pipeline
- Create ROI and business justification reports
- Run tight POCs based off of business success criteria
Requirements: - 6+ years of closing experience in Sales
- Track record of being a top performer
- Ability to learn and demonstrate a highly technical product
- Experience closing complex deals and selling into complex organizations
- Knowledge of best of breed softwares and a technical understanding of integrations, APIs, infrastructure management, security and analytics
- Experience selling technical SaaS and cloud based software solutions
