Wellhub, formerly Gympass, is seeking a Frontend Tech Lead to join their Growth Retention team in Brazil. This role involves leading a team of software engineers, ensuring the quality and pace of technical deliveries. The Tech Lead will serve as a technical reference, actively participating in architectural decisions, coding key features, and reviewing pull requests. They will collaborate with the Product Manager to evaluate task feasibility, prioritize engineering issues, and ensure effective agile ceremonies. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, questioning product scope and fostering a culture of innovation within the team. They will also mentor team members, conduct one-on-ones, and assess performance to facilitate career growth.

• Oversee a team of software engineers

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience
• Experience in web/mobile development
• Experience with modern agile product development teams
• Proficiency in TypeScript and React ecosystem
• Familiarity with BFF
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills for multidisciplinary teams
