Job Description

Capco Poland is seeking a Business Analyst to join their Product Control Transformation workstream. The candidate will analyze business needs, support the delivery of strategic technology solutions, and ensure alignment with the Business Transformation Framework (BTF). This role involves enhancing P&L control, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance processes within the Product Control function.Role responsibilities include:

• Analyzing business requirements for technology solutions.
• Producing detailed project analysis, including data mapping and process improvement.
• Collaborating with the Product Control team to assess the impact of transformation initiatives.
• Documenting and communicating changes and business benefits.
• Leading system testing phases.
• Working with Finance, IT, and Product Control teams to confirm data attributes and manage project delivery.
• Providing data analysis to ensure project milestones are met.

Requirements for this role include:

• Extensive experience in Product Control within Global Banking and Markets.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements.
• Proven track record in managing the full project lifecycle.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
