Finance Operations Analyst (Client Account Manager)

Job Description

Capco is seeking a Senior Commercial Operations & Finance Analyst (Client Account Manager) to join their Commercial Operations team in Bratislava. This role involves supporting a portfolio of client accounts through the sales lifecycle, including pre-deal and post-deal support, and revenue recognition. The individual will also gain exposure to Capco's Finance and Accounting teams during month-end activities.

The initial focus will be on understanding existing tooling and processes for accurate management reporting and billing, while supporting a Portfolio Lead. Over time, the analyst will gain independence and lead client accounts, engaging with internal executive management on commercial aspects to maximize business performance.

The Senior Commercial Operations & Finance Analyst will work within a wider Capco team, contributing to forecasting, budgeting, profitability reviews, account executive relationship management, and reporting/analysis.

Requirements:

• Ideally 2 years in a similar profession
• Experience of Financial / Commercial Analysis (Desirable)
• Strong understanding of IT systems for example Peoplesoft / Anaplan (Ideal)
• Experience in a similar environment, preferably Professional Services firms (Ideal)
• Exposure to Contract types for example Time & Material and Fixed Price (Ideal)
• Intermediate to Advanced proficiency with Excel (Desirable)
• Ability to build and maintain relationships of trust with senior colleagues
• Accurate, proactive, methodical and analytical approach to work
• Structured approach to problem solving and disciplined
• Flexible to work in a frequently changing environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Team Player
