Expression of Interest (Casual Work) - Operations Driver, Warehouse Technician at Neuron Mobility

Neuron Mobility is seeking expressions of interest for casual Operations Driver and Warehouse Technician roles in Townsville. These roles offer flexible work hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends.

The Operations Driver will manage the e-scooter fleet using a service vehicle, relocating scooters to high-demand areas and swapping batteries. They may work independently or with a ground patroller.

The Warehouse Technician will be responsible for repairing and servicing e-scooters/e-bikes and performing quality assurance checks to ensure safety and proper function.

Role Involves:

• Driving service vehicles (for Operations Driver)
• Picking up and relocating e-scooters (for Operations Driver)
• Swapping batteries (for Operations Driver)
• Repairing and servicing e-scooters/e-bikes (for Warehouse Technician)
• Performing quality assurance checks (for Warehouse Technician)

Requirements:

• Flexibility to work evenings, nights, and/or weekends
• Ability to work 20-38 hours per week (ideally)
• Ability to lift and carry 28-30 kg
• Suitable smartphone (Apple or Android from 2018 or newer)
• Valid driver's license (for Operations Driver)
• Mechanical repair/technical troubleshooting experience (for Warehouse Technician, preferred)
• Self-starter with a positive attitude
