Expression of Interest (Casual Work) - Operations Driver, Warehouse Technician at Neuron Mobility

Neuron Mobility is seeking expressions of interest for casual Operations Driver and Warehouse Technician roles in Rockhampton. The company is a fast-growing micromobility operator in Asia Pacific and a leading shared e-scooter company across Australia and New Zealand. The Operations Driver role involves managing the e-scooter fleet using a service vehicle, relocating scooters to high-demand areas, and swapping batteries. Sometimes drivers will work independently. The Warehouse Technician role involves repairing and servicing e-scooters/e-bikes, performing quality assurance checks to ensure safety and proper functioning.

• Driving service vehicles to manage e-scooter fleet
• Picking up e-scooters and moving them to high demand locations
• Swapping batteries

• Repairing and servicing e-scooters/e-bikes
• Running regular quality assurance checks
• Ensuring e-scooters are functioning properly

Role Requirements:

• Flexibility to work evenings, nights, and/or weekends
• Availability to work 20-38 hours per week
• A suitable personal smart phone (Apple or Android, 2018 or newer)
• Ability to lift 28-30 kg

Additional Driver Requirements:

• Valid driver's license

Additional Technician Requirements:

• Mechanical repair and/or technical troubleshooting experience

• Self-starter with a positive attitude
• Passion for customer experience
• Experience in mobility, transportation, or logistics is advantageous
