Cleo is seeking a Talent Partner to join its Talent Team, focusing on scaling the Engineering function. The Talent Partner will contribute to Cleo's mission to change humanity's relationship with money as a profitable, fast-growing unicorn. The role involves proactively sourcing engineering talent, partnering with the Principal Talent Partner, designing interview processes, and championing diversity and inclusion.

What the role involves:

  • Proactively sourcing and engaging exceptional engineering talent.
  • Partnering with the Principal Talent Partner to deliver outstanding hiring outcomes.
  • Designing and implementing best-in-class interview processes.
  • Championing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in hiring practices.
  • Staying ahead of recruitment trends and tools.
  • Collaborating with engineering hiring managers and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Extensive sourcing experience in competitive markets.
  • Experience owning end-to-end recruitment processes for Engineering roles.
  • At least one year of experience working internally for fast-growing, tech-driven companies.
  • A deep understanding of the engineering talent landscape.
  • A candidate-centric mindset.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfort with context-switching.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented approach.
