Motive is seeking a Senior Employer Relations Business Partner to act as a key partner to Business/HR Leaders, HRBPs, and Legal in driving the employee relations domain. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in creating a positive employee experience by ensuring unbiased and neutral facilitation of the resolution process for complaints and concerns. This role involves facilitating the open-door process and investigating complaints or legal charges.
The Senior Employer Relations Business Partner will report to the HRBP Director and be responsible for conducting investigations, resolving employee issues, and implementing ER processes.
