Staff Analytics Engineer

Job Description

Webflow is seeking a Staff Analytics Engineer to help shape the data infrastructure, modeling, and analytics capabilities of the company. This role is pivotal in designing scalable data solutions and ensuring high-quality data availability for analytics and decision-making. The Staff Analytics Engineer will bridge the gap between data engineering and insights, enabling data-driven strategies across the company. They will join a collaborative team with a modern data stack and opportunities to build new data analytics frameworks and establish best practices.Role involves:

• Designing and building scalable data models and pipelines.
• Acting as a strategic partner to cross-functional teams.
• Leading the evolution of the data warehouse architecture.
• Collaborating with data analysts, data scientists, and data engineers.
• Driving best practices in metric development and documentation.
• Serving as a subject matter expert in strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in analytics engineering or related data roles.
• Strong experience in SQL/Python, data modeling, and ETL/ELT.
• Comfortable with dbt, Snowflake, and Tableau.
• Track record of building and scaling data foundations.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
