Senior Product Designer - Sports Media Experience

The Senior Product Designer will play a crucial role in leading design discoveries, ensuring high-quality outputs, and mentoring team members. They will also be responsible for managing client communication, driving process improvements, and contributing to thought leadership in the industry. Responsibilities:

• Understand and apply design thinking principles and UX design strategies.
• Lead design discovery sessions and provide recommendations to clients.
• Anchor projects in their area of expertise, leading client meetings on design-specific matters.
• Ensure design submissions are of consistently high quality.
• Mentor team members and provide coaching for professional growth.
• Manage communication with project stakeholders.
• Identify and implement changes to processes, driving improvement initiatives.
• Engage actively in the professional community, contributing through speaking and writing.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in a Product Design or UX/UI role.
• Proficiency in UX design disciplines (user flows, wireframes, prototypes).
• Strong proficiency with design tools and software, Figma.
• Experience in a consulting environment or strong experience presenting in front of senior stakeholders.
• Experience working in News Media and/or Sports Media and/or Mobile Banking.
