Job Description
Optimove is seeking a Customer Data Engineer to join their energetic team in New York. The Customer Data Engineer will play a crucial role in clients' data requests and projects, collaborating with internal teams and interacting directly with clients' data teams. This role offers an excellent opportunity for learning and growth within a rapidly expanding company at the forefront of Martech.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and support a wide range of data transformations and migrations.
- Construct custom ETL processes, including designing and implementing data pipelines and data marts.
- Investigate data mismatches and apply solutions.
- Support Customer Success teams to meet customer business needs.
- Interact with clients to understand business needs and collaborate on project scopes, planning, and execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management or a similar field.
- Proficient in Spanish at both a business and technical level.
- Experience with databases and SQL.
- Outstanding technical and analytical skills.
- Highly motivated with an exceptional work ethic.
- High attention to detail with an ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Quick, self-learning capabilities and creativity in problem-solving.
