Job Description
Neuron Mobility is seeking a Warehouse Technician to join their team in Newcastle, UK. The company is a micromobility operator committed to providing safe, convenient, and fun transportation solutions.
The Warehouse Technician will be responsible for repairing and servicing Neuron's fleet of e-scooters, ensuring they are functioning properly and safe for deployment. He will also be responsible for ensure all of our batteries are safely charged.
Role Involves:
- Repairing and servicing e-scooters
- Running quality assurance checks
- Diagnosing and testing e-scooters
- Ensure all of our batteries are safely charged.
Requirements:
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Ability to work 20-40 hours per week
- A suitable personal smart phone is required
- Ability to lift, carry and manoeuvre 28-30 kg
- A valid full or provisional driver's licence is required
- Some mechanical repair and/or technical troubleshooting experience is highly preferred
- Self-starter with a positive attitude
- Passion for customer experience
