Bid Writer at Neuron Mobility

Neuron Mobility, a leading micromobility operator, is seeking a Bid Writer to join their team in Kuala Lumpur. This role will support Neuron's growth by contributing to bid, tender, and permit proposal processes, securing expansion opportunities globally.

The Bid Writer works closely with the Bid Lead and broader team.

What This Role Involves:

• Researching and writing compelling content for bids and proposals.
• Reviewing bid documentation and understanding requirements and deadlines.
• Conducting competitive analysis and benchmarking.
• Highlighting Neuron’s unique value proposition.
• Liaising with key internal and external stakeholders.
• Contributing to the development of the bid plan and strategy.
• Contributing to the resource library for future bid proposals.
• Managing a workload of multiple concurrent submissions.

What You'll Need:

• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• 2-5 years of experience in bid proposals or bid writing.
• Exposure to the tech startup, transport, mobility or logistics industry.
• Attention to detail.
• Passion for mobility, sustainability and smart city initiatives.
• Pragmatism and resourcefulness.
• Integrity and a team-player attitude.
• Self-starter with a positive attitude.
• Understanding of document design and layout.
