Finyard is seeking a Consumer Insights Specialist to join their team. The Consumer Insights Specialist will play a key role in understanding and serving customers. The ideal candidate will be passionate about understanding what makes consumers tick and thrive at the intersection of research, data, and strategic decision-making.This role involves:
- Designing and managing qualitative and quantitative research projects.
- Conducting customer interviews, focus groups, usability studies, and surveys.
- Analyzing patterns in customer behavior and preferences.
- Synthesizing data from multiple sources.
- Transforming complex datasets into easy-to-understand insights.
- Translating consumer insights into actionable business recommendations.
- Monitoring competitor brand positioning and customer sentiment.
- Managing Voice of the Customer initiatives.
- Partnering with teams to structure and validate hypotheses.
Requirements include:
- 3–5 years of experience in consumer insights, market research, behavioral science, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of research methodologies and statistical analysis.
- Experience with research tools (e.g., Qualtrics, Typeform, SurveyMonkey), data visualization platforms (e.g., Looker, Tableau), and CRM analytics.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
