The Lead Product Manager will work within a cross-functional team, focusing on improving customer engagement and retention through Cleo’s AI finance assistant. The role involves building a better understanding of user data to deliver comprehensive financial overviews.

Role Involves:

• Driving customer engagement and retention within chat interactions.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a product role involving LLMs, data science/machine learning.
• Experience building digital products for consumers.
• Ability to work hands-on with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in prioritization and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to bring creativity to financial product design.
