Groupon is seeking a Senior International Tax Analyst to join their Global Tax Team. Reporting to the International Tax Manager, the analyst will play a key role in shaping Groupon’s international tax and transfer pricing strategy. This role involves tax planning, compliance, and audit support functions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and enjoys working across multiple jurisdictions and business functions.
Role involves:
- Driving Groupon’s international tax strategy.
- Leading international tax advisory projects.
- Managing intercompany transactions.
- Overseeing the monthly withholding tax process.
- Managing UK tax compliance.
- Collaborating with finance, legal, and business teams.
Requirements:
- ACCA/ACA/CTA qualified, with 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong technical knowledge of international tax and transfer pricing principles.
- Experience with OECD guidelines, BEPS, and EU tax directives.
- Familiarity with US GAAP and IFRS is a plus.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
