Job Description
Nozomi Networks is seeking a Head of Solutions and Product Marketing to lead their efforts across product marketing, technical product marketing, and solutions marketing for their OT/IoT cybersecurity platform. This role reports to the CMO and partners with product management, sales, and regional teams. The ideal candidate will advocate for products, energize teams, and captivate audiences.
In this role, you will: - Shape markets and define the category.
- Lead product launches.
- Build strategic messaging, positioning, and differentiation.
- Craft compelling value propositions.
- Define and articulate use-case-driven and industry-specific value propositions.
- Shape the voice of the company in cybersecurity conversations.
- Create high-impact materials for enterprise cybersecurity decision-makers.
- Oversee product-related marketing and sales enablement content.
- Leverage customer feedback, market research, and competitor analysis.
- Collaborate with Product, Revenue Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Regional teams.
- Build and lead a high-performing team of product marketers and solution marketers.
To be successful, you will have: - 15+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, with 5+ years in a senior product marketing leadership role in cybersecurity.
- Deep domain expertise in OT/IoT cybersecurity.
- Proven track record in defining market categories and developing effective marketing strategies.
- Experience translating complex technical concepts into clear business value.
- Strong storytelling and content creation skills.
- Comfortable operating in a high-growth, fast-paced, global environment.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
