Job Description
Outset Medical is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist to enhance their digital marketing efforts. The role involves executing, optimizing, and reporting on digital marketing campaigns to support marketing and sales goals. The specialist will focus on email marketing programs, leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud's capabilities to drive customer engagement and achieve key marketing objectives.
Role Involves:
- Building, testing, and deploying campaigns and journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Managing Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including data segmentation, list management, and automation tasks.
- Contributing to the creation and optimization of email templates and content.
- Tracking and reporting on SFMC campaign performance, providing data analysis.
- Planning, executing, and measuring experiments and conversion tests.
- Collaborating with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Measuring and reporting performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals.
Requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Deep understanding of all Salesforce Marketing Cloud builders.
- Strong understanding of how Salesforce Marketing Cloud can ensure the martech stack helps segment marketers achieve KPIs.
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
- Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments.
- Solid knowledge of GA4 and other website analytics tools.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
