Job Description

The Quality Group (TQG) is seeking a Sales Operations & Field Force Coordinator to join their Commercial Team, supporting the brands ESN & More Nutrition. This role involves data-driven management and optimization of the field service, ensuring implementation at the POS. The ideal candidate will have experience in field service and the German retail sector.

Role Involves:
• Serving as the central point of contact between the field service and the Sales Tech Team.
• Managing the collection and analysis of field service visits in Salesforce.
• Optimizing route planning for the field service to maximize efficiency.
• Creating and managing dashboards and reports to derive actionable insights.
• Managing the Image Recognition Software to monitor distribution and POS materials.

Requirements:
• Experience in field service and familiarity with the German retail sector, ideally in FMCG.
• Analytical thinking skills and the ability to derive data-based insights.
• Tech-savviness and interest in working with IT systems, with Salesforce experience being a plus.
• Strong communication and service-oriented skills.
• Ability to work independently and structured.
• Proficiency in German and English.
