Job Description
Veeam is seeking a Customer Success Systems Engineer to collaborate with the Renewals department, providing expertise on Veeam's products and technologies. This role involves informing and educating end-users, partners, and internal teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in technical presales, post-sales, or technical support, along with proficiency in Spanish and English.
Responsibilities: - Conduct remote meetings and configuration reviews with customers.
- Run training and onboarding sessions for customers.
- Deliver engaging customer presentations and demonstrations.
- Provide technical expertise on data protection.
- Maintain close coordination with internal teams.
- Collaborate with the Product Management team.
- Manage accounts at a technical level to support upsell and cross-selling.
- Deliver technical post-sales support for Commercial/Enterprise customers.
- Participate and support technical sales cycles.
- Organize work efficiently using tools like Salesforce.com.
- Work effectively and autonomously in a remote environment.
Requirements: - Experience in technical presales, post-sales, or technical support.
- Proficiency in both Spanish & English.
- Industry-based expertise in data protection technologies.
- Strong experience in storage, networking, and cloud technologies.
- Proficiency in technologies like VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V, and cloud platforms.
- Ability to work independently in dynamic environments.
- Exceptional time management skills.
- Willingness and capability to travel up to 10 – 15%.
